摘 要: 氟康唑是三唑类抗真菌药物,对于治疗深部真菌感染有显著疗效,毒副作用小,临床应用广泛。本文从氟康唑的抗真菌作用机制,药物动力学,临床应用范围,不良反应及氟康唑衍生物的合成等方面的研究进展进行了综述。 Fluconazole, [2-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-1,3-bis(1,2,4-triazol-l-yl)-propan-2-ol, HFIu], as one of the new trizole antifugal drug, it was notable curative effective on deep fungal infection and widely used for extensive antibacterial with little side effect. The progress in researching of fluconazole mechanism of ation, pharmacokinetic, clinical application patterns, side effects and synthesis of fluconazole derivatives was reviewed in this paper.
