摘　　要： 某养鸡专业户和某校养鸡场两群成年鸡中大批发生一种"头颈肿大症"。经过现场调查、病理检查和病原分离鉴定,证明为大肠杆菌感染引起的头颈皮下组织肉芽肿,用药后基本控制住了病情发展。但有关大批鸡发生"头颈肿大症"的原因和机理以及防治措施还有待进一步研究。 A 'Swelling disease of head and neck' Was found in the two of hens in a peasant—household and a school—farm. Field investigation and microbiological examinations showed that head and neck granuloma in subcutaneous tissue was caused by Escherichia coil. Although the disease was controlled basically by suitable treatment, the cause, meachanism, cure and prevention of 'Swelling disease of head and neck' need to be researched in the future.
