摘　　要： 在大学期间,宿舍是大学生学习和生活的主要场所,分析影响大学生宿舍人际关系和谐的原因及常见的交往心理障碍,探讨建立和谐大学生宿舍人际关系的途径,有利于学生工作的开展。 During college days, dormitory is the main place of college students for study and living, analysing the psychological disorder in contact and the reasons which influence the harmonious interpersonal relationship in the dormitories of college students, exploring the way of constructing the harmonious interpersonal relationship in the dormitories of college students, all of these are benefit for us to do the managing work of the students.
