摘　　要： 区域网络开发理论的最大特点在于它有利于缩小地区间发展差距,促进区域整体均衡发展。缺点在于区域开发的条件和阶段固定化、缺乏系统性区域开发的思路、西部地区网络开发模式局限性。从促进区域经济开发的角度研究区域网络开发战略模式,切合实际和具有可操作性。 The biggest feature of regional internetm lies in shortening the regional gap and promoting the general balanced development.On the other hand, it lacks of systematic devellopmcnt .Anyway it is practical from the point of promoting regional economy development.
