摘 要: 报道用半导体激光(LD)泵浦的微型1.06μmNd:YAG全固化激光器。用1W的LD作为泵浦光源,得到420mWTEM_(00)模的1.06μm连续激光输出,输出功率稳定性优于±3%,光束发散角小于4mrad,体积小,适于用作光纤放大器的泵浦光源,在光纤通信系统和光纤传感系统中有光明的应用前景。 The LD pumped miniature 1. 06μm CW lasers for pumping EDFA were developed. Using 1W LD,the CW 420mW of 1.06 μm output power in TEM00 mode was abtained. The output stability is better than ±3%. The beam divergency is smaller than 4mrad. The devices are small in size, light in weight, solidified into a whole, and very suitable for pumping EDFA, and will have wide applications in optical fiber communication and optical fiber sensor system, etc...
