摘 要: 提出了一种简单易行的合成聚二甲基硅氧烷大分子偶氮引发剂的方法.通过羟基封端的聚二甲基硅氧烷(HO-PDMS-OH)与4,4′-偶氮-二(4-氰基戊酸)(ACPA)在十分温和的条件下直接进行一步缩聚反应,合成了含有PDMS链段的大分子偶氮引发剂.用这种大分子引发剂来引发聚(乙二醇)甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯大分子单体(PEGMA)进行自由基溶液聚合,得到了一系列两亲性梳状嵌段共聚物(PDMS-PEG). A one step metohd approach for synthesis of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-containing macroazoinitiator (MAI) was developed by direct polycondensation of hydroxyalkyl-terminated PDMS with 4,4'-azobis-4- cyanopentanoic acid (ACPA) under mild conditions by the use of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) as the activating agent and 4-(dimethylamino) pyridinium-p-toluenesulfonate (DPTS) as the catalyst. The resulted MAI was then used as an initiator for polymerization of poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate (PEGMA) macromonomers, and amphiphilic PDMS-PEG block copolymers were successfully synthesized. Results from the characterization of block copolymers showed that the resulted MAI had very high initiation efficiency and the block copolymers had microphase-separated structure.
