摘 要: 目的了解不同时间段急诊病人的就诊量,探讨急诊科护理人力资源如何进行合理配备。方法采用回顾性方法收集我院急诊科2004~2005年病人的就诊人数。结果急诊就诊病人每月(8272±143)人次,就诊高峰在4~7月份,每月达9305~11781人次,最低在2月份,为5604人次;每天(276±26)人次,最高为星期一,为315人次,最低为星期二,为236人次;每小时(12±8)人次,最高时段在17:00~21:00,22~31人次/h,最低时段在1:00~7:00,为2~5人次/h。结论应根据病人就诊时间段的人数,实行门急诊联合成组弹性排班,科学合理地安排人力资源,以保证护理安全。 Objective To investigate the number of emergeney patients and explore nurse staffing in different period. Method The number of emergency patients in the emergency department from year 2004 to year 2005 were collected and analyzed respectively. Results The average number of emergency patients per month was (8 272 ±143). The peak period was from April to July with an average number of 9 305 - 11 781 per month. While the minimum was 5 604 in February. The average number of emergency patients per day was (276 ± 26). The maximum was 315 on Monday,and the minimum was 236 on Tuesday. The average number of emergency patients per hour was ( 12 ± 8 ). The peak period was from 17:00 to 21:00 with an average number of 22 - 31 per hour,and the time of bottommost was from 1:00 to 7:00 with an average number of 2 - 5 per hour. Conclusion It is suggested to apply flexible nurse schedule to arrange nursing staff scientifically according to the number of patients in different period and ensure nursing safety.
