摘 要: 利用高频感应钎焊技术,在不同的钎焊温度和热处理温度下制备硬质合金枪钻头试样,在自制的装置上测试其剪切破坏力大小,结合对接头的微观组织观察得出钎焊温度和热处理温度对接头强度的影响规律。 Using the technology of high frequency induction brazing, under the different temperature of brazing and heat treatment,the sample of carbide gundrill tip was manufactured. Using self-made equipment the strength of cutting breakage of the sample was measured. Observing the microstructure of the joint, an effect law of the temprature of brazing and heat treatment on the joint strength was obtained.
