摘 要: 争端解决机制与法学教育是共生互动、紧密相联的社会现象。不同的争端解决机制不仅影响着法学教育的兴衰,也全方位影响着法学教育的观念、教学模式、人才培养目标等方面。替代性纠纷解决方式的出现,预示着争端解决机制的多元化发展趋势。这种趋势既向我国法学教育提出了挑战,也为法学教育的发展提供了新的机遇。 The processes of dispute solution and legal education are social phenomena that symbiotically interacts with each other. Different processes of dispute solution not only in all directions affects the rise and fall of legal education, but also affects the legal educational idea, teaching mode, and talented person training target, etc. The emergence of alternative methods of dispute solution heralds the diversified development trend of dispute solution .
