摘 要: 以季戊四醇为支化剂,利用其多羟基与硝酸铈铵组成氧化还原体系,在水溶液中引发丙烯酰胺与阳离子单体DMC进行自由基聚合,制备出了星形结构的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(S-CPAM);并研究了S-CPAM的助留助滤效果,得出用做漂白麦草浆助留助滤剂的S-CPAM的最佳合成条件为:反应温度30°C,反应时间6h,单体总浓度2.207mol/L,氧化剂浓度7.24mmol/L,还原剂浓度1.81mmol/L。实验进一步研究了用量、剪切作用、浆料pH值等对S-CPAM助留助滤效果的影响。结果表明,合成的S-CPAM在较高的剪切力和pH值条件下也具有较好的助留助滤效果。 The star-shape cationic polyacrylamide (S-CPAM), initiated by pentaerythritol (PETL)/ceric ammonium nitrate, was synthesized through free radical copolymerization of AM and DMC in aqueous solution using PETL as a core molecule. The retention and drainage performances of S-CPAM were investigated using DDJ and spectrophotometer. The optimum preparation conditions of S-CPAM used as retention aid for bleached straw pulp were as follows: reaction temperature 30℃, reaction time 6 h, C (AM) = 1. 721 mol/L, C (DMC) = 0. 486 mol/L, C (PETL) = 1.81 mmol/L, and C ( Ce^4+ ) = 7.24 mol/L. The effects of dosage of S-CPAM, shearing, and pH Valne on performance of S-CPAM were also investigated. The results showed that the S-CPAM can improver fines and fillers retention and is relatively insensitive to shearing and pH value.
