摘 要: 为研究国家体育场钢结构桁架柱外柱顶部肘形扭曲薄壁箱形构件的抗拉性能,完成了一个桁架柱外柱顶部局部结构1/4缩尺模型的拉伸试验。试验结果表明,当模型承受1200kN(1.61倍设计拉力)的拉力时,顶点水平位移为7.80mm,模型结构整体处于弹性;拉力达1700kN(2.28倍设计拉力)时,顶点水平位移为12.75mm,没有发现模型构件有焊缝撕裂或局部屈曲等明显破坏现象。构件的屈服主要发生在弯扭段节间23、跨中区格以及弯扭段与斜柱连接节点外侧的受拉区面板。试验中三根斜柱均处于弹性。 In order to study the tensile behavior of the elbow-shaped twisted box-section steel external column of the National Stadium for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, a one-fourth scaled model simulating the top part external column was tested under monotonic loading. Under design tensile force of 1200kN, the model behaved linearly and corresponding top displacement was 7.80mm. When the tensile force reached 1700kN, the corresponding top displacement was recorded at 12.75mm, without tearing of weld or significant plate local buckling. Tension yielding of the steel plates occurred near the mid span of the segment 2 and 3, respectively, and near the negative moment areas of the joints of the inclined columns and the elbow-shaped twisted box-section element as well. Three inclined columns worked linearly during the test.
