摘 要: 在分析生态因子及蒸腾速率(Tr)日变化规律的基础上,通过单因子相关分析初步确定各因子对林下参Tr的作用性质,采用逐步回归、线性多元回归的方法,分析各生态因子对Tr的综合作用,确定光合有效辐射(PAR)、气温(Ta)、相对湿度(RH)是影响林下参蒸腾的主要因子并建立林下参Tr的光温模型及光湿模型:Tr=0.005PAR+0.028Ta-0.526(r2=0.784**,F=110.990),Tr=0.005PAR-0.006RH+0.516(r2=0.780**,F=108.442)。 The relationships between ecological factors and transpiration rate (Tr) of ginseng ( Panax ginseng C.A.Mey. )under forest in 8 random experimental units were investigated with CI-310 portable photosynthesis system. Based on diurnal change of ecological factors and Tr, the qualities of them were confirmed with correlation analysis, and the interaction among factors was analysed with the method of stepwise regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. A conclusion was the main factors impacting on transpiration of ginseng were photosynthetically available radiation (PAR), air temperature (Ta) and relative humidity (RH), and collinearity between Ta and RH was discovered( r^2≥0.921^* * ).And two models were established to forecast Tr of ginseng under forest, which were Tr = 0.005PAR + 0. 028Ta - 0. 526( r^2 = 0. 784 ^** , F = 110.990), Tr = 0. 005PAR - 0.006RH + 0.516 ( r^2 = 0.780^**, F = 108.442).
