摘　　要： 本文分析了心理资本的内涵,比较了其与人力资本、社会资本的差异,并探讨了战略人力资源管理和心理资本的联系,提出了以创新性战略人力资源管理实践培育和开发心理资本的途径。 Firstly, this paper analyzes what the psychological capital is and makes a distinction among psychological capital, human capital and social capital, and then presents the relationship between psychological capital and strategic human resource management. Finally, some strategic human resource management practices to develop psychological capital in organization are presented.
