摘 要: 通过铜加速醋酸盐雾腐蚀试验,研究了自封闭特性在Zn-Al-Mg-RE高速电弧喷涂层与舰船涂料结合成防腐复合涂层中的作用。经过480h的试验,在基体上直接涂装涂料的试样表面的划痕里充满了铁锈,而中间喷有高速电弧喷涂层的试样表面划痕里只有少量的白锈。这说明在腐蚀环境中,Zn-Al-Mg-RE高速电弧喷涂层表面的微观孔隙能够被自身的腐蚀产物堵塞,生成的腐蚀产物非常致密,能够阻止缺陷处继续被腐蚀。从试验结果可知在复合涂层体系中,高速电弧喷涂层的自封闭特性起到了积极的作用。 The action of the serf-sealing behavior in anti-corrosion muhilayer coating composed of Zn-Al-Mg-RE high velocity arc spray(HVAS) coating and shipping paint was investigated by chloride copper acetic acid spray test ( CASS). The results show that the nicks on the surface of the sample without the metallic coating are filled by ferric oxide, whereas a little white rust can be seen in nicks of the anti-corrosion muhilayer coating. In corrosive environment, the micro-pores on the surface of the Zn-Al-Mg-RE high velocity arc spray coating are blocked by itself corrosion products which are so compact that the defects can be prevent from corroding sequentially. In addition, the self-sealing behavior of the high velocity arc spray coating is beneficial to the muhilayer coating.
