摘　　要： 20世纪70年代从红曲霉培养液中分离出了一种能够抑制胆固醇合成的活性物质,命名为莫纳可林K(Monacolin K),由于其在保健作用和药用方面的潜在价值成为了国内外学者研究的热点。文中论述了红曲霉中Monacolin K的特点以及应用研究的进展。 Monacolin K, separated from the cultivation broth of Monascus sp. in 1970s, has activity to inhibit the synthesis of cholesterol. The study on Monacolin K became a worldwide hotspot for its potential values on health and pharmaceuticals. The biological characteristics and applications of Monacolin K were reviewed in this paper.
