摘 要: 不同发育时期黄皮种子胚轴中水份状况有差异,其中生理成熟期胚轴中不可冻结水的比例最低,可冻结水的熔解热焓则较高.成熟黄皮种子脱水程度越大,胚轴中水份状态转换的起始温度和能量越低,且脱水至较低含水量时不形成玻璃化状态。 The desiccation sensitivity of wampee ( Clausena lansium (Lour.) Skeels cv Jixin) seeds was investigated. The fruits were collected at different days after anthesis (DAA)and the embryonic axes were excised from seeds for experiments. In different developmental stages, there were different states of water in embryonic axes of wampee seeds. The ratio of the non freezable water content in embryonic axes of physiological maturity was the lowest, and enthalpy of melting of the freezable water was higher. As the desiccation degree in the mature wampee seeds was greater, the onset temperature for transition and energy of water state in embryonic axes was lower. There was no formation of vitrification in wampee seeds differing from that in orthodox seeds. The state of water changing in the desiccated wampee axes showed that the deterioration and the partial repair of cells.
