摘　　要： 作者使用了科学研究纲领方法论来评价均势理论的发展。华尔兹提出了结构主义均势理论之后,他的追随者逐渐形成了一个不断发生问题转换的均势研究纲领,即华尔兹纲领。这个研究纲领的硬核包括三个假定和两个假说,内部成员包括米尔斯海默、施韦勒、沃尔福斯、克里斯坦森和斯奈德等人,但不包括沃尔特。经过几次理论上进步的问题转换,华尔兹纲领不仅包括了系统层次的理论,也包括了单元层次的理论,从而推动了均势理论的发展。 The author attempts to apply Lakatos' methodology to evaluate balance of power theory.After Kenneth Waltz proposed his structuralism balance of power theory,followers developed it into a research program,called the Waltzian Research Program.This research program has three hard core assumptions and two hypotheses,which have been accepted by some theorists like John Mearsheimer,Randall Schweller,William Wohlforth,Thomas Christensen,and Jack Snyder,but not by Stephen Walt.Experiencing several problem shifts,the Waltzian Research Program has embraced some system level theories as well as some unit level theories,thus advancing the development of balance of power theory.
