摘 要: 目的探索一套保证临床见习教学工作顺利、高效地进行,使学生不因特殊情况(受非典——SARS流行影响而进入医院见习)而降低学习质量的教学方法。方法将学生分为2组,一组为受SARS影响不能到医院见习的学生,采取的教学方法:①病例讨论;②利用多媒体教学;③对于某些重要传染病,放映教学录像;④结合传染病的基本知识和当时对SARS的认识开设专题讲座。另一组为同年级未受SARS影响,到医院正常见习的学生,采用常规临床见习教学方法,包括跟带教教师查房、病例示教、教授查房等。结果受SARS影响不能到医院见习的学生对教学的满意率与采用传统教学方法的没有明显差异(P〉0.05),见习考试成绩优于同年级采用传统教学方法的学生(P〈0.0001)。结论这套特殊时期教学方法切实可行,效果显著。其中部分教学方法有助于改进传统教学方法,提高教学质量和学生素质,也同样适用于正常时期的见习教学。 Objective To explore a series of teaching methods that will ensure the smooth and effective teaching for clinical internship of infectious diseases and prevent students' study quality from being lowered during the epidemic period of SARS. Methods The students who had no chance to go to the hospital for their internship due to SARS were assigned to Group A. They were taught by new methods such as case discussion, multimedia-assisted instruction, video show for teaching some important infectious disease, and lectures of the new disease——SARS by relating to the basic knowledge of infectious diseases. The other students not affected by SARS were assigned in Group B. They received the traditional internship instructional methods such as doing ward rounds under the guidance of their teachers, teaching through case demonstration and professors' ward rounds. Results The satisfaction rate did not significantly differ between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ), but the test scores were higher in Group A than in Group B (P〈0. 0001). Conclusion The new methods used during the epidemic period of SARS are practical and effective, and some of them may also be applied in internship teaching of infectious diseases in normal times.
