摘　　要： 经济全球化的背景下，我国的企业面临越来越大的竞争压力。因此，要求占据企业大多数的民营企业能适时、稳步地“走出去”，即开展国际化经营。民营企业国际化经营，有利于国内产业结构升级改造，从而推动产业优化发展。基于民营企业整体上的弱质性，在民营企业国际化经营过程中，需要政府多方面扶持。 The enterprises of China will face more and more intensive competition with the globalization of economy. So, most of our enterprises, i. e., civilian-run enterprises should go abroad to manage in proper time with steady steps. The international management of civilian-run enterprises will not only be beneficial to upgrade of domestic industrial structure, but also to promote the well development of industrial. What is more, it needs the support of government in varied ways in consideration of civilian-run enterprises＇weakness in a general.
