摘　　要： 教学方法的改革是提高教学质量最主要也是最重要的途径。当前许多高校在对游泳课教学的改革上只是单单针对教学内容、教学课时进行改变,这是远远不够的。本文提出通过改变传统的教学方法,创新教法,从教学中培养和激发学生的学习兴趣出发,提高游泳课的教学质量。 The reform of the teaching method is to raise the teaching quantity most is also the most important path.Current many high schools at to the swimming reform of the lesson teaching up just aim at the content of course, the teaching lesson only carry on the change, this is far far not enough.This text puts forward pass to change the traditional teaching method, creative teaching method, develop and stir up the student＇s interest in the study to set out from the teaching, exaltation swimming the teaching quantity of the lesson.
