摘　　要： 随着知识经济时代的到来以及高校办学规模的扩大,我国高校行政管理面临着管理模式转变的要求。由于传统文化的影响及制度上的缺陷等原因,高校行政管理错位现象比较严重。由此,对高校行政管理的定位做出一些新的探索。 With the approach of the knowledge economy era and the expansion in the scope of institutions,College administration is confronted with the requirements in the shift of the management pattern. Due to the influence of the traditional culture and the weakness of the systems, the role reversal phenomenon has taken place. New exploration should be taken to make a reservation of the college administration.
