摘 要: 本文介绍了以12电极电容传感器为基础的层析成像方法,研究了成像系统的有限元模型,着重讨论了用有限元(FEM)进行敏感场和电极对电容的计算机仿真,分析了敏感场与重建图象间的关系。 This paper describes a tomographic method which is based on 12-electrode capacitance transducers and studies the finite element model of the tomographic system. The emphasis is placed on the computer simulation of the sensitivity distribution and the capacitance between electrodes using FEM (finite element method).The paper also discusses the processing methods and analyzes the relation between sensitivity distribution and reconstruction images.
