摘　　要： 运用马尔可夫链模型的原理与方法,在某西部城市人才市场行情为实例,研究人才市场供需关系的变动情况,对该市场的行情趋势进行了预测分析,并在分析问题的过程当中阐述了运用这种方法的思想与步骤。该论文为研究人才市场的供需关系变化情况以及预测人才市场的行情走势提供了一种新的思路,其结果表示:利用马尔可夫链模型预测人才市场行情是可行而有效的。 This paper using Markov chain model,based on the data of a talent market of a city locating in west China, presents a method to forecast and analyze the market of the talent market. We analyze and forecast the trend of supply-demand relation of this maket having the aid of this method. The purpose of this thesis is to offer a new thought for forecasting the trend of supply-demand relation of talent markets.
