摘　　要： 新建本科院校要确保人才培养质量,提升毕业生在人才市场上的竞争力,应从树立多样化、特色化的教育质量观,建立教育质量监控与保障的长效机制,建设教育质量文化等三个核心环节着手,构建适合自身办学定位的教育质量管理体系。 In order to guarantee the quality of its personnel training and enhance the competitiveness of its graduates in the personnel market, a newly-established university should start with three key links——developing the concept of educational quality with diversification and characteristics, establishing persistently effective mechanism to monitor and ensure the educational quality, and fostering the culture of its educational quality, so as to build its own educational quality control system, which is suitable for its own object of school management.
