摘　　要： 在文献调研基础之上,对国内四个典型的远程教育学习中心管理子系统进行了实证性调查与对比分析;在此基础上,结合系统理论,初步归纳出相对完善的平台所应该具备的功能,为远程教育平台的升级改造提出了有重要参考价值的建议。 Based on Literature research, This paper empirically investigates and analyzes the functions of the four typical Learning Center Management Subsystem. Based on these and Systematic theory, this paper concludes the functions that a fine platform should have. Then the paper proposes some suggestion that may have important reference values for the upgrading of the Distance Education Platform.
