摘　　要： 高等学校面试招生是计划经济向市场经济过渡的产物。高等教育经费分配模式对招生政策具有决定性的影响。面试招生是学院模式下的市场经济行为,对大学获取优质资源极为有利。由于目前消费者(学生)市场、院校市场并不规范,并非全部高校都愿意放开市场竞争招生。从制度经济学的角度来看,面试招生作为一项制度创新,面临双重制度安排的制约。所以在现有条件下,面试招生只能在小范围内发展。 The enrollment of university students by interview is a product in the transition from the planned to the market economy. The higher educational funds assignment pattern has great influence on the students enrollment policy. As a market economy behavior under the institute pattern, enrollment by interview is favorable for universities to gain the high quality talents. Not all the higher education institutions have practiced it due to the fact that the consumer market and universities market in the enrollment economy is not standard. Studying from the eco- nomic angle, this paper shows that enrollment by interviews as a system innovation faces restriction of the dual system arrangement. Therefore, enrollment by interview can only develop in the small scope in the current condition.
