摘 要: 通过对机车车辆全程实测的应力数据进行拟合处理得到应力谱,采用概率断裂力学基本方法,运用应力—强度干涉模型计算出在所要求可靠度指标下裂纹尺寸与疲劳寿命间的曲线关系,并计算分析了裂纹在不同初始条件下的扩展变化规律。 This paper deals with the scattered locomotive data that were measured from Zhengzhou to Wulumuqi to get the stress spectrum. It figures out the relations between the lengths of crack and the fatigue life - span under the required credibility, which is based on the model of Stress - strength In- terference by means of PFM. It demonstrates the various law of the crack in different initial conditions.
