摘 要: 结合虚拟现实技术、计算机仿真技术、机械设计技术,分析集装箱码头装卸系统虚拟环境的模型,利用三维离散事件仿真软件Flexsim建立集装箱码头装卸作业仿真模型,为生产管理者提供视觉上的决策支持,利用其核心机制——任务序列驱动设备模型,实现装卸作业过程的三维动态仿真。 Combining the techniques of visual reality, computer simulation and mechanism design, the virtual reality environment of the handling system in the container terminals was proposed. The 3-dimensional simulation software Flexsim was used to establish the model of the stevedoring system, which could provide the 3-dimensional vision decision-making mechanism to managers of container terminals. The operation of the port machinery was driven by means of task sequences to realize the dynamic simulation of the process of stevedoring.
