摘　　要： N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPA)类水凝胶是典型的温敏性凝胶,重点介绍了NIPA的均聚反应及其与天然高分子的复合,并对其在药物释放、物质分离及生物医用材料体系中的研究进展进行了总结。 Polymerization of NIPA, typical thermal sensitive gels, their complex with natural macvomolecules, and progress on their application in drug release, isolation of substance and biomedical material system were summarized.
