摘　　要： 一、建立广西-东盟经济特区的有利条件 建立广西一东盟经济特区，是推进广西经济向纵深发展的助推器和催化剂。从各方面来看，广西已具备了建立广西一东盟经济特区的有利条件，其主要体现在以下几个方面： In the article, the conception of establishing Guangxi-ASEAN economic district is pointed out, and several kinds of model of founding Guangxi-ASEAN economic district is set up. In my opinion, Guangxi has met the situation of establishing Guangxi-ASEAN economic district at present. Firstly, Guangxi has the special advantage of nature, history and geograghy; secondly, Guangxi has achieved greatly in economy since the policy of reform and openness was carried out; the annual China-ASEAN Expo is held in Nanning. All above provide the opportunities to build Guangxi-ASEAN economic district.
