摘　　要： 阐释了农业保险的含义与特征,提出了现行农业保险模式的主要法律政策,并对现行模式进行经济法反思,指出了重构农业保险模式的经济法原则。 In this article, the concept and characteristics of agricultural insurance were explained, and the chief legal policies of agricultural insurance system were proposed. The present modes of agricultural insurance were pondered in view of economic law. The principles of the economic law for reconstructing agricultural insurance system were put forward.
