摘 要: 在自行开发的“钉头管自支撑式换热器”的基础上,进行了管蒸汽、壳空气的试验研究,并基于ansys的有限元分析法,采用迭代方法对传热过程进行了模拟,得到了在基管恒壁温条件下,传热管的温度场分布云图、基管的温度曲线以及钉头纵向和径向的温度分布。结果表明:计算机模拟与实验结果相吻合,从本质上直观地揭示了钉头管自支撑式换热器壳、管间的温差分布和钉头以及钉头分布对于强化传热的影响,直观地反映了热量的传递梯度。 From self-support pin-fin exchanger, experiments are made in the condition that vapor goes though the tube side and air goes though the shell side.And based on the simulation of FEM by ANSYS,temperature display pictures & charts of tubes and portrait and radial temperature spread of the pins under the condition of constant wall temperature are obtained.The results show that the simulation is as consistent with the result of experiment.This article is not only to illuminate the influence of heat transfer enhancement on shell-tube exchangers from pin-fins,but also studies and discusses the basic theory of heat transfer gradient straightly.
