POE-g-MAH在木粉/PVC复合材料中的应用研究

摘  要: 在木粉/PVC共混体系中,POE-g-MAH的加入提高了复合材料的拉伸、冲击强度,改善了材料的外观及加工性能。通过SEM发现,POE-g-MAH的引入增强了木粉和PVC之间的界面黏接性。而CPE的加入与POE-g-MAH共同作用,进一步改善了体系的机械性能、加工性及外观。 Wood powder was blended with PVC using two-roll mill and POE-g-MAH as a compatilizer was added in. The results showed that with the increase of wood content, the tensile and impact strength decreased and the water absorption increased. Compared with the blend without compatilizer, the tensile strength and impact strength of the blend with compatilizer were increased and the processing property and appearance were improved. SEM results proved that the addition of POE-g-MAH improved the interfacial strength. The addition of CPE further improved the properties.
