摘　　要： 洗瓶机是液体灌装生产线上常见的设备,种类很多。根据浸泡喷冲式洗瓶机基本工艺流程及出瓶运动要求,确定了出瓶装置中关键零部件的运动规律;通过对出瓶机构的设计分析,为出瓶凸轮廓线设计提供了参考,有利于洗瓶机的优化设计及系列化设计,使其性能优,适用广。 Washing machine is a common equipment in liquid filled lines, there are many kinds of it, Based on the requirement of the basic technological processing and motion of the bottle-out of the soaking and rushing washing machine, the motion regulation of the key parts of bottle-pushing out was determined. The device of bottle-pushing out was analyzed and designed ,it provided a references for cam curve designing of bottle-pushing out device. It is helpful to the washing machine optimization and series design and that makes the machine operating better with wide application.
