摘 要: 利用CI-301PS光合作用测定仪研究了4种不同水分条件下迷迭香的光合作用日进程特征。结果表明:4种处理的蒸腾速率和气孔导度的日进程曲线均呈“单峰”型,峰值均出现在12:00左右,光合速率的日进程曲线均呈“双峰”型,有明显的“午休”现象;水分利用效率为“多峰”型。方差分析表明不同水分处理中湿润状态与半湿半干状态的光合速率,蒸腾速率与气孔导度显著高于干旱状态。饱和状态的水分利用效率显著低于其它3个处理。相关分析表明,迷迭香的光合作用和蒸腾作用与光强和温度成显著正相关关系,与相对湿度呈显著负相关关系。 Diurnal dynamics of photosynthesis characteristics monitored using Potable CI-301PS photosyntheticsystem. The under 4 different soil water conditions were results was summarized as follows: the curves of diurnal variation in transpiration rate and stomatal conductance in the four treatments had one peak, and all the peaks values happened at 12:00. The curve of diurnal variation in net photosynthetic rate of the four treatment had double peaks, and an obvious midday depressions at aboutl5:00-16:00. The diurnal variation of water utilization efficiency had many peaks. Analysis of variance indicated that the Pn, Tr and Cond under humid condition and semiarid condition were significant higher than that under drought condition, and the WUS under saturated water condition were significant lower than other three treatments. Correlation analysis showed that the Pn and Tr had significant correlation with light intensity and temperature, and significant negative correlation with relative humidity.
