摘　　要： 六西格玛实施有两个层面,即项目和组织层面。在文献回顾和专家访谈的基础上,从组织层面提出并分析了影响国内企业六西格玛实施成功的十个关键因素,这对国内企业实施六西格玛管理将具有一定的参考价值。 There are two levels in six sigma implementation,namely,the project level and the organization level. Based on literature review and interviews,the paper puts forward and analyses the ten critical success factors of Six Sigma implementation in Chinese enterprises from the viewpoint of organization level. It can be used for reference for domestic firms to implement six sigma management.
