摘 要: 以中小型钢铁企业应用最广的混合发生炉为载体,研究了煤的物化性质和气化炉的操作参数对煤气化指标的影响,其中煤质量、料层高度、气化温度、通入的蒸汽量、空气量及空气温度等因素对煤气化指标的影响尤为显著。从提高入炉煤质量、优化气化操作参数和推广高效工艺等方面,提出了实现煤高效气化的具体措施,对实现中小型钢铁企业的高效煤气化有重要意义。 The mixture generator which is widely used in small and medium steel companies is used as a carrier to study the influence of coal physico-chemical properties and gasification operation parameters on gasification indices.The result shows the effects of coal quality,layer height,gasification temperature,the steam volume,the air volume and air temperature are remarkable.Specific measures to achieve high efficiency gasification are brought forward based on improving coal quality,optimizing gasification operation parameters and generalizing high efficiency techniques. It is important for small and medium steel companies to achieve high efficiency gasification.
