摘 要: 通过传统液相酯化法醋酸酯生产工艺过程的能量分析和火用分析,指出醋酸酯生产工艺高能耗、高物耗的瓶颈,挖掘过程节能降耗的潜力。基于醋酸酯溶剂生产过程用能瓶颈分析,提出醋酸酯工艺用能改进重点在于寻找反应系统带水和带酯的有效途径,对于实施酯化工艺改进,从源头解决过程用能瓶颈提供理论指导。 Through the analysis of energy and exergy, the bottleneck of the traditional process for ester acetates' production is revealed. Based on the results of energy-use bottleneck analysis, a modified strategy for esterification process improvement is suggested. The improvement focuses on finding an effective approach to bring the excessive water and ester out of the reaction system.
