摘 要: 采用中子活化分析方法,研究了苹果中有机卤素污染物的分布特征。结果显示,苹果中有机卤素呈有机氯>>有机溴>有机碘的分布,而有机氯呈种子>>果皮>>果荚≥果肉的分布。统计分析结果显示,苹果中有机氯、溴、碘具有不同的来源。其中有机溴、碘主要来自植物自身合成的天然产物,而有机氯则主要来自人造的污染物。 The distribution characteristics of organo-halogens in apple and their sources were studied by neutron activation analysis combined with statistical analysis. The results indicated that concentrations of organo-halogens in apple were in the order of organo-chlorine 〉〉 organo-bromine 〉 organo-iodine, and concentrations of the organo-chlorine in four parts of apple were in the order of seed 〉〉 peel 〉〉 endocarp ≥ pulp. Also, the organo-chlorine, -bromine and -iodine in apple were found to have different sources. The latter two were mainly from naturally synthetic products by plant itself, while the former was mainly from anthropogenic pollutants.
