摘　　要： 本文评述了分子印迹聚合物发展历史、制备方法、聚合体系的选择、性能表征及作用机理。主要介绍了其作为色谱固定相方面的应用,并对需解决的问题提出了建议。 This review dealt with the historical development, methods of preparation, choice of ingredients in polymerizing system, testing of property and interacting mechanism of molecularly imprinted polymer. Their applications as chromatography stationary phases are especially described. Problems existing in the preparation and recognition of molecularly imprinted polymer were also discussed.
