摘 要: 研究了以葵花籽油为原料,水为溶剂,氢氧化钠为催化剂合成共轭亚油酸的方法。确定的最佳条件为:反应温度210℃,反应时间2 h,加碱量为油重的40%,油水比1∶2,在此条件下转化率为98.3%。该方法避免了常规方法中贵重溶剂的消耗和分离困难的问题,对于降低生产成本和简化操作具有积极意义。 A method to prepare conjugated linoleic acid by alkali-catalyzed isomerization of sunflower oil was studied. This method used sodium hydroxide as a catalyst,water as a solvent and sunflower oil as the substrate. The optimum conditions were:reaction temperature 210℃ ,reaction time 2 h,NaOH dosage 40% ( W/W), ratio of oil to water 1 : 2 ( W/W), and the conversion yield under these conditions was 98. 3%. This method can lower the cost and simplify the production process, because it can avoid the consumption of expensive solvent and the difficulty in the product separation.
