摘 要: 制备了两种不同的负载型固体碱催化剂用于假紫罗兰酮的合成。通过对假紫罗兰酮收率的考察,得到了催化活性较好的负载型固体碱K2CO3/MgO;并通过正交实验探讨了催化剂的干燥温度、催化剂的负载量、催化剂的用量以及催化剂的焙烧温度对假紫罗兰酮收率的影响。 Pseudoionones was synthesized by solid base catalysts. Two kinds of catalysts were prepared to obtain high yield of seudoionones in this paper. Soild base K2CO3/MgO showed the highest catalytic activity among used catalysts. The effects including catalyst preparation (drying temperature. K2CO3 loading, catalyst concentration and calcination temperature) and the ratio of pseudoionones were investigated by orthogional experiment.
