摘 要: 通过对广州本田汽车厂与其零件供货商之间协作关系管理的JIT管理模式应用的个案分析,归纳有关供货商关系管理在广州本田汽车制造厂应用中的有关经验与存在的问题,并探讨改善我国企业供货商合作关系管理的措施. Automobile manufacturing industry is one industry having complicated supply chain; supplier relationship management is very important for increasing operational competitive capability in marketplace. Through the case study in Guangzhou Honda, this paper summarizes the experience, lessons, and existing problem of JIT management mode in supplier relationships management in Guangzhou Honda Automobile Manufacturing Company. Useful suggests for improving supplier relationships of Chinese enterprise are discussed.
