异佛尔酮制备3,5二甲基苯酚工艺研究

摘  要: 介绍了一种新的3,5-二甲酚的合成工艺。分别就反应器材质、反应温度、进料流速、催化剂的种类与用量、结焦抑制剂的种类和用量等对该合成反应的影响进行了研究,同时也研究了产物3,5-二甲基苯酚的分离提纯。实验结果表明较佳的合成工艺如下:反应器材质采用黄铜,采用催化剂A,其用量为质量分数1.5%,较佳的反应温度为550℃,进样流速为1.0 L/h;采用结焦抑制剂201作为该合成反应的防结焦剂,其用量为质量分数0.5%,有效地减少了结焦现象;分离过程中采用金属S先除掉反应产物中的催化剂A,其用量一般为反应产物质量的0.5%左右。最后所得产品收率为89.4%,纯度达到99.5%。 The new technology of manufacturing 3,5-xylenol by aromatization of isophorone was presented. The effective factors such as: the materials of reactor, reaction temperature, velocity of feeding, the type and the amount of catalyst, the type and the amount of coke inhibitor, which influenced the yield rate of the product were investigated, and the separation methods for purifying 3,5-xylenol was also studied. The experimental results showed that the best technology conditions were as following: the material of reactor was a brass, the amount of catalyst A was 1.5 % (based on the weight of isophorone), reaction temperature 550 ℃, feeding velocity 1.0 L/h, the amount of coke inhibitor 201 was 0.5% (based on the weight of isophorone) ; for purifying of 3,5-xylenol, first remove halogen residues (the catalyst A) from the crude 3,5-xylenol by means of metal S, and then by recrystallization. The yield rate of 3,5-xylenol was 89.4 % with 99.5 % purity.
