摘 要: 在铬离子淹没AISI316奥氏体不锈钢的条件下进行离子渗氮,研究了渗层的组织、结构和耐磨性能。结果表明,在铬离子淹没的条件下进行奥氏体不锈钢离子渗氮可以显著地提高渗层Cr的浓度,并可获得良好的组织、较高的硬度和较好的耐磨性能。 Plasma nitriding of AISI316 austenitic stainless steel in the condition of chromium ion immersion. The morphology , structure and wear-resistance are researched. It is shown that plasmanitriding of austenitic stai nless steel by chromium ion immersion can remarkable increase chromium concentra tion of the surface layer, excellent morphology , high hardness and good wear-re sistance are obtained.
