摘　　要： 污泥是废水处理之后引入的二次污染,它已经成为目前环境方面急需解决的固废污染问题。结合污泥的减量化、稳定化、无害化和资源化,综述了目前国内外城市污水处理厂污泥处理处置技术的主要理论和方法。简要介绍了污泥处理处置技术及国内外一些污泥处理处置技术的研究进展,分析了存在的问题及我国的发展政策。 Sludge is the secondary pollutants that come from wastewater treatment. It has become solid waste pollution problem needed to be solved urgently. Combining with sludge reduction, stabilization and change for harmlessness and usefulness, this paper summarized the main theory and techniques of sludge treatment and disposal in municipal wastewater treatment plant at present. Moreover, the advance of research on sludge treatment technology was introduced briefly, the existing problem was analyzed, and the advice for sludge industrial development policy was put forward.
