摘　　要： 针对一类多层组织结构中的下层决策人分组的两层决策问题，建立了其数学模型和决策机制，随后提出了一种决策方法．该决策方法为这一类两层决策问题提供了一种求解途径． In view of bilevel decision problem with group lower level decision makers, the mathematical model and decision mechanism are established.The decision making method is proposed.lt provides a way for solving the kind of bilevel decision making problem.
