摘 要: 建立了橙皮甙含量的测定方法。向5.0mmol/L NaOH溶液中加入橙皮甙,会引起电导率的明显改变,当橙皮甙的质量浓度在0.0488~5.000g/L,电导率的变化值与橙皮甙的质量浓度间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9956);回收率为98%~101%,RSD为1.48%。该方法的准确度和精密度均令人满意,且操作简便易行。 A method for the determination of hespefidins was established. The variety value of conductivity was big after hespendins was dissolved in a medium of 5.000 mmol/L NaOH,and the proportional to hesperidins concentration in the range of 0.048 8 ~ 5.000 g/L( y = 23.998x + 46.429, r = 0.995 6), recoveries of 98% ~ 101% and RSD of 1.48 % ( n = 6)for the method were obtained.The method proved to be simple, accurate, repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of this drug.
