摘　　要： 建立了橙皮甙含量的测定方法。向5．0mmol／L NaOH溶液中加入橙皮甙，会引起电导率的明显改变，当橙皮甙的质量浓度在0．0488～5．000g／L，电导率的变化值与橙皮甙的质量浓度间呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9956）；回收率为98％～101％，RSD为1．48％。该方法的准确度和精密度均令人满意，且操作简便易行。 A method for the determination of hespefidins was established. The variety value of conductivity was big after hespendins was dissolved in a medium of 5.000 mmol/L NaOH,and the proportional to hesperidins concentration in the range of 0.048 8 ～ 5.000 g/L（ y = 23.998x ＋ 46.429, r = 0.995 6）, recoveries of 98% ～ 101% and RSD of 1.48 % （ n = 6）for the method were obtained.The method proved to be simple, accurate, repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of this drug.
