摘 要: 采用Horwitz的理论,使用Horwitz的外语课堂焦虑量表(FLCAS),对三峡大学外国语学院英语专业大一、大二、大三部分本科学生作了问卷调查,在此基础上分析了当前三峡大学英语专业本科生的外语学习焦虑状况,并有针对性地提出了克服外语学习焦虑的方法和提高外语学习能力的策略。 On the basis of the introduction of the universality of foreign language learning anxiety and the relative research on it, this paper makes an investigation on English majors from grade one to grade three at TGU (Three Gorges University) with Horwitz's FLCAS questionnaire. It then analyzes the situation of students'foreign language learning anxiety and gives some effective ways and strategies on how to overcome foreign language learning anxiety and improve foreign language learning competence.
