摘 要: 采用5种方法对五爪金龙种子进行处理,然后进行萌发试验。结果表明:机械处理和浓硫酸处理能大大提高五爪金龙种子的萌发率,分别达到59%和37%,其中机械处理为提高种子萌发率、快速得到幼苗和鲜体试验材料的最佳处理方法;萌发时间以6~9d为宜;五爪金龙种子休眠是由种皮阻碍所致。 In this paper, the characteristics of seed germination of Ipomoea cairica were researched with five different methods. The results showed that two processing methods of machinery and oil of vitriol enhanced germination rate of ipomoea cairica' s seeds greatly, and respectively achieved 59% and 37%. The machinery processing method was the optimum method for enhancing seed germination rate,fast obtaining seedling and flesh experimental material. The germination time was about six to nine days. At the same time the results showed that the seed shell hindrance was the primary causation of Ipomoea cairica seed dormancy.
